Steven Walks Tightrope for “Twinning”

Bulimba Creek’s Twinning officer in Southern Thailand is Steve Cameron. Steve is teaching English at the Princess Chulabhorn College in Trang.

He has initiated “Green English”- teaching English language in a fun active way, focussing on Environment and Sustainability.

We are supporting the Green English program in Thailand by researching and providing teaching resources from our Brisbane base. We have been assisted by the Mt Gravatt High School, winners of the National Schools Sustainability Challenge.

Steven is 23, and an adventurer who cares about people and nature and his Green English program is unfunded and voluntary at the moment, but we hope someone will see the benefits and help out.

He is also a young dare devil, as can be seen from the photos.

Slacklining is a recreation with plenty of fun and risk. Steve has taken it to a new extreme by doing it over waterfalls. Now about that insurance policy Steve!
